Last December Beautiful/Decay announced the upcoming launch of their first ever T-shirt line to be released in Spring/Summer 2006. After much deliberation and decision making a team of top emerging artist including Aya Kato, Saiman Chow, Sasha Lee, and Skwak were selected to create the ready-to-wear art. Whether you prefer the internationally influenced work of Kato, Chows comic book influenced collages, Lee’s altered animal artistry, or Skwak’s politically motivated “Koogai”, the talent of each artist is evident in the collection and represents a cross section of the artist Beautiful/Decay works to promote.
