If the site for Crummy Brothers Organic Cookies new online shop had launched sooner than yesterday, the deliciously chunky treats would have made Heather’s Top 5 Foodie Gifts in a heartbeat. However, it wouldn’t have been the first time that the Dagoba chocolate cookies weaseled their way into our holiday posts; Josh has been talking about Crummy Brothers since the early days, when their recipes included even riskier additions, like lavender. Today, Crummy Brothers Organic Cookies come in four varieties: Original, Orange Blossom, Lemon Ginger, and Chocolate. Don’t be fooled by the omission of the word “chocolate,” in most of those options, because all of the cookies come packed with gobs of Dagoba organic goodness. So, in other words, that last “Chocolate” variety is actually a chocolate chocolate chip cookie. And let’s face it: if you hate chocolate, you hate life. Heather and I fell most in love with Orange Blossom (just like Josh’s Dad before us), but that certainly didn’t hold us back from eating, um, everything else. Make your holiday gift baskets even yummier here.

I had a chance to sample some of these cookies at whole foods in boston, and these are the best cookies ever! Orange Blossom chocolate chip is my favorite

I’m sure my heart will soar over the, um, lavender flavored cookies - is the new great american cookie company here? or was the old one just stolen?
send me some samples and I’ll know.
