“Awww yeah. You found Humble Voice.” This is the message that greets you when you visit Humble Voice, a new kind of peer to peer network — or shall I say, artist to artist network — that really gets who ‘we’ are. By ‘we,’ I mean those of us who like the idea of the social network, but don’t think the ones that currently exist cater to our needs as artists and fans of the arts. Humble Voice is organized around different genres of the arts: music, photography, art, word, and video. The interface is really intuitive and offers access to local and widespread audiences to both create and view artist profiles. You can also earn points by basically ‘being active’ on Humble Voice– then redeem points for merchandise and other special offers. I’ve included the Waking Rothko screenshot here so you can get a feel for the clean interface. Sign up and check this puppy out.
